These terms and conditions govern your use of the Studio Tuesday website and set out the general terms on which Studio Tuesday Ltd (“Studio Tuesday”, “we”, “us”) provides design, fabrication and fit-out services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

The content of this website is provided for general information only. While we take care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy and may change content at any time without notice.

All designs, drawings, photography, text and other materials on this website, and all designs produced in the course of our projects, remain the intellectual property of Studio Tuesday or the respective rights holders unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to site survey and final specification. Project scope, programme, deliverables and fees are confirmed in a written proposal or contract, which takes precedence over these general terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. We may require staged payments for design, fabrication and installation phases. Title to fabricated goods passes on receipt of payment in full; risk passes on delivery or installation.

Natural materials such as timber, stone and metal finishes vary in colour, grain and texture. Reasonable variation between samples and finished work is a characteristic of bespoke fabrication and does not constitute a defect. We will notify you of any material substitutions that affect the agreed specification.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
